Here is a wonderful recipe that I found at The Pioneer Woman Cooks. The recipe and photos are by Kay at Kayotic Kitchen. These two ladies have great cooking sites that feature beautiful photography.

This is one of those recipes that you can almost taste as you read it. It's also a great example of how simple ingredients and methods can produce a result that is simultaneously elegant and rustic. Now I'm starting to sound like one of those snooty wine sommeliers.
